The track is a combination of 2 songs 'disintegration' and of course 'emptiness' but emptiness was a child of disintegration

basically I introduced an 'end riff' which grew into emptiness.

I'm not sure I like the bass/keyboard channel balance - too far panned - the idea was that the distorted melody and some vocals would add balance....

There was supposed to be vocals but I haven't gotten around to it yet....


So, what?


the inspiration is obviously sven-g-englar (for the soaring over distorted melody in the first bit) - 
there's a warped accordian/unknown instrument in the right channel that's also reminiscent of the foot
driven instrument that S.Ros use alot too...

the main inspiration (the title, the drone, the length and the weird noises) are purely colian:

but most bizarrely 'emptiness' ended up sounding most like a warped version of spanish castles in space by the orb.... in part at least. Due to the slow
acoustic bass....


There will be vocals soon I hope ... mostly spoken words and screaming and the like.... 

finally

disintegration will be part of a larger group of 
coil inspired songs.... possibly a different version of these tracks + more stuff - not sure really..

probably not gonna be the final art work if I ever put it on CD!
